My cards today are simple but hopefully nice enough to inspire you.
On the first one I stamped and embossed the two balloons and then coloured with Copics. I sponged the sky and then stamped the sentiments.  This has already hit the mail!

My second card features our local lavender field.  I don't think I would ever see a hot air balloon over the field though as we are quite near both Gatwick and Heathrow flight paths - with the fragrance of lavender filling my head can dream though !
I used a photo I had taken and then printed it out on some plain card.  I chose balloon colours to go with the rows of lavender and grass between.  Three varieties of lavender are grown there at
Mayfield Lavender each summer and children are encouraged to collect the beetles that destroy the crop in jam jars!

Here's the Design Team:

Come on back tomorrow for more creativity.

Your first card is lovely and elegant, but my favorite is the second card - it is gorgeous! Your picture of the lavender field is wonderful and the card you made using it is so beautiful! I love lavender and tried growing it - but, alas, it did not like me!!
