Mojo 331

Have had little creative time this weekend but I managed to get this card made for Mojo Monday with the deadline fast approaching.
My card uses embossing folder, corner punch, glimmer mists, sparkly ribbon, various inks and scraps including velum plus stamps from Verve that I have had some while.

VLVJan2014 Week 5 / CCC14

Hello - welcome!
I have another Christmas card to share today using the last VLV sketch of January and the CCC14 challenge for February of non-traditional Christmas colours.  Again I chose purple shades and gold for my card with Verve stamps.

Thank you for your visit.

Rainbow Christmas

A quick card made using rainbow colours for Christmas 2014.  I know it includes traditional Christmas colours but to me it is still non-traditional and is going into my CCC14 pot for February.

It is a one layer repeating card in rainbow colours so I am entering it for One-Layer Simplicity Challenge #2 and for Less is More.

If you have rain may you also see rainbows.

High Hopes Challenge 203 - Stripes

If you are looking for my FOSTV card for this week it is on the next post down and features a Baby Card.

This card is for High Hopes challenge 203 and it is another one for my 2014 Christmas card collection.  I actually coloured two of this image last night but the other one hasn't made it onto a card yet.  The High Hopes theme is Stripes and having found this piece of striped paper I coloured my image accordingly with Prismacolor pencils.  It certainly does not meet the CCC14 challenge for February to use non-traditional colours but I like it none the less.

Please check back again soon.

FOSTV110 - Baby Card

I am hedging my bets with this card as I don't have any parents in mind right now!  The image was stamped on a scrap of designer paper and then the spots and ears were coloured.  I used another piece of designer paper for the background which I embossed and then rubbed with some pastel inks.

The little guy is from the set called Zoo Friends and the sentiment is from the set called Oh Baby.

Please join us in our challenge this week at FOSTV with our theme of Baby Cards.  We would love to see your creations for new babies and their parents.
