Swimming in the Big Pond

This is my card for this week's High Hopes challenge using the Week 4 VLV Sketch.  It is a simple card but with a hint of fun!
It was stamped with Memento Black and coloured with Copics.  Papers and from Doodlebug.
Some stickles were added to his spout.

Sunny Sidmouth

One of my friends from college days has recently left the London area and moved to Devon.  I made this quick card to wish her Sunny Days in her new home.  The stamps used are from Hobby Art and Verve.  The sketch I have used is VLVJune Week 3.

I hope you have some sunny days this week too.

Red, White and Blue again

I seem to be into red, white and blue right now- must be all the royal events and all the Union Jacks flying!
This card uses VLVJune2012 Week 2 sketch and this week's JUGS colours which are, as you might have guessed, Red, White and Blue.
I have used Spellbinders dies, Tim Holtz embossing folders and Verve stamps

VLV June Week1

It is now the 3rd Friday in June and I have only just made my week 1 card.  I have used some Spellbinders dies and the lovely rose image from Marks Finest Papers Love Remains set on this card.  Even though I went for quite muted colours I did paint some Stickles on the rose so in real life it sparkles a little. 

This week seems to have been a really long one so I am keeping this short and sweet.
