I combined some Penny Black Stamps that I have not used very often with some glittery embossing powder that is new for me this winter. The sentiment is part of the Penny Black set and I am not sure I have used it before. The pink flower was free with a magazine many months ago. The feathers are from my stash.
This card is for the Sketch N Stash and Penny Black Saturday December challenges.

Christmas Critter
I made a Birthday card with the Cricut Dinosaur a few days ago and now I have a cute Christmas card for our niece's little boy. The dinosaur is a single purchase from Cricut the trees are die cut, the holly is punched and the sentiment is computer generated and cut by hand.
This card is being entered in the FCCB challenge this week - FCCB190 Holiday Cards.

High Hopes Metal
OK I am mad. I die cut a piece of coke can for my metal on this card to fit with this weeks High Hopes challenge - number 198. The image from High Hopes has been in my stash for ages but I think it is great and the sentiment is from Kraftin Kimmie who is the person who introduced me to High Hopes stamps originally. The colouring isn't great as I didn't choose the right card to work on but I think it will pass and the recipients will like it.
Hope all your festive plans are progressing but you still have time to think about the Christmas story.

I am not into hunting at all but I was still able to use this set with some elements from other MFP sets for some wintry cards. The poinsettia, label and snowflake dies are from Spellbinders, the fern die from Impression Obsession and the foliage die from Penny Black.

Special Day - Angie's Birthday.
Today is hopefully a lovely day for my friend Angie. We have never met, maybe one day, but she has been a good friend to me. She is due to be going out with other local friends today and I hope she has fun. She had a wonderful weekend away with her family.
This is the card I made for her using the newly released MFP set called Butterfly Essence and Huge Blooms. I used a pink sparkly embossing powder on it, and Copics to add colour.

This set has grown on me while I worked with it. My first card is paper pieced and I used the sentiment from the set on the inside which you can see below the card front.
My second card uses glitter and some pale Copic colouring. I used the Chinese symbols from the Works of Art set stamped in gold to make a background
