FOSTV66 - Song / Book / Film

This week's Friends of Speedy TV challenge is to be inspired by a song, a book or a film.  I am afraid I took the easy route and used umbrellas.

The song that springs to mind is Umbrella by Rihanna.  The movies that came in to my head were Mary Poppins and Singing in the Rain.

My first card is therefore Mary Poppins - a large umbrella cut with my Cricut and mounted on acetate.  I used lots of paper scraps with the set Rain Clouds.

My second card is Singing in the Rain and uses more umbrellas plus some music from the set Just a Note.

Please play along with our challenge this week.  You will find it over at Speedy TV and it is FOSTV66.  There is a stamp set for the winner and when I find out which one it is I will add it here.

Thank you for stopping by.  Hope you have a creative week.

The special stamp set we have for you this month is:
"Love Script"

I have just one card to share with you today and its inside.  It only uses today's set called Rain Clouds.  How appropriate that set is for the UK when we seem to have had so much rain in the last year!  I used scraps of paper from Papermania for my paper piecing.  The slight sheen on the rain and the puddles is from H2Os.

The mini stamp set we have for you this month is

"Big Cupcake"
