Now Showing

Today we have another fun set to share with you, the last set of this month's hop and I have two cards to show you.  My first card is a folded card (my first one of these) and I hope to use it to give a gift of cinema tickets - you can see how I have mocked it up in the second photo.  I layered up the image - very fiddly but I think it was worth it - the popcorn is raised up the most.

This one uses the film strip from this set and ducks from the set called Oh Baby.  Having made it I decided it reminded me of the duck shooting game at the fun-fair - I hope this idea doesn't attach itself to the card when it is given!!!

If you are hopping please go to AnJenic next.

Please hop along with us! You have a chance to win one of the above stamp sets! Just comment on the following blogs (don't forget this one), each day for more chances to win! (You do NOT have to comment on all the blogs each day! The names are drawn randomly!) All four winners will be announced on May 18,2013 on the Mark's Finest Papers blog. You can go back and comment if you missed a day. (HINT: The more you comment, the more chances you have to win and comments on the MFP blog count twice!) The deadline for commenting is 11PM EST on Friday May 17,2013.

The special stamp set we have for you this month is:

"Marsh Silhouettes"

The mini stamp set we have for you this month is

"Lily of the Valley"

  13. These are both great! I love the layered look of the focal image on your fancy fold card. And the ducks are cute. I had a idea about using the ducks with the Now Showing set, but it just didn't come to fruition.
