FOSTV64 - Something that Moves

Another Monday and another FOSTV challenge.  This was a major challenge in my head and yet when I eventually worked out what I was going to do it came together quite quickly apart from the cutting out of the butterflies!

Our challenge this week is Something that Moves. We all interpreted this task as a card with something moving as part of it so I did a little spinning butterfly.  I thought about swivel cards, pop up cards etc. but I ended up with something more simple.  My shape and colour scheme come from this week's OCC challenge (Analogous Colours and 4 sided regular polygon) and I used Distress Inks plus some bleach.

The MFP sets I used are Ivy and Blossoms, the sentiment from Dogwood Blossoms and the butterfly which is in a few sets Birthday Mini, Old Summer and Today, Tomorrow and Always.

I actually recorded a little video clip to show it moves, but I can't upload it so you will just have to believe me!

Please check out the challenge at FOSTV and the cards from my colleagues.  Once you have done that please show us your moving cards and link them up for your chance to win the MFP set called I'm in Stitches.

Thank you for popping in to see my card.  Please come back tomorrow as it is the start of our March Blog Hop and we have some great sets to share with you.

  5. Hello Janine
This is a WOW from me, I love the colour palette you chose; Red being your key colour for the Analogous theme, this hue always causes a reaction, as it stimulates the pituitary gland and makes you feel good!!!!
Anyway, a great card, Thank you so very much for joining us this week at Our Creative Corner, we are thrilled to see your work.
