Hello and welcome to a new week at Friends of Speedy TV. Can you believe it is October already?
The challenge this week is to use Chipboard on your card or project. I found some chipboard pieces in my collection that I got free with a magazine but I did not really like any of them.
I went back to square one and found some backing board from a pack of card blanks and used that to die cut these hearts (plus some extra action with scissors!!!). I then spritzed them with 2 shades of glimmer mists and edged them with ink.
For the rest of this anniversary card I used the little bird from the newly released set called "Tweet That" and mirrored him to give his mate. I then coloured them as a boy and a girl! The sentiments are from the set called Forever Together Mini.
If you dig out some chipboard and play along with our challenge this week you could win one of the sets from MFP.
The set is called Bring on the Sun - gorgeous sunflowers - you will want that in your collection!
We would love to see what you create.
Thank you for visiting - I do appreciate your support.

ReplyDeleteWay to do it yourself, with the chipboard! I hear you about not having pieces that you really wanted to work with. I had to do the same. I think your card looks wonderful1
