Happy Birthday Karita


15th March and Karita, our niece, turns 15 today.  I made her this card and gave it to her on Monday when I saw her for a Maths lesson.  She gave me their gifts for my Birthday too.  A busy time for Birthdays - I must have posted or given a dozen cards so far this month.

The image from Julie Nutting is quite a big one and I had to get a longer stamp block to use with it.  It was paper pieced in black and white because like her Mum she supports Fulham.  The flower was handmade too and given some sparkle.  Karita will be sharing her celebrations with her Mum as it is Mothering Sunday today.  Happy Birthday Karita and Lorna have a good day today too.
