I send quite a few Easter cards so made two for this week's FOSTV challenge. If you would like to join in the challenge you can find the details here. There will be a prize for one entrant.
My first card uses a cross cut with a die from a wood effect paper. I used 2 scraps of paper for the hill and the sky and cut them out with a new die from Memory Box. The "He is Risen" and "Peace" sentiments are from the newly released Easter set.
My second card is a bit of an experiment - I stamped the music, butterfly and tulips onto damp water colour paper. Not really my style but decided to turn it into a card none the less.
Thanks for looking and I hope your Easter preparations are going well. Have a great week.
Two pretty cards! I love that soft gorgeous bow on the first one! I like the bit of flourish around your circle! I always love "He is Risen" on an Easter card! That Easter font is very pretty too!
ReplyDeleteI like your water color panel! I am glad you put it on a card!
Both cards are beautiful Janine~~ I love the cross on the first with the hearts in the background, a great message in itself! I really like the musical background with the tulips!!
