The special stamp set we have for you this month is:

"Zoo Friends"

The mini stamp set we have for you this month is
"You May Bow"

I have a couple of cards to show today's set in use.  For this first card I used double sided adhesive sheet and gilding flakes to create my shield - it looks far better in real life. I had to computer generate my version of the sentiment as armour was not spelt correctly for the UK.

My second card uses the castle from the set and the brick wall image from the Brick Wall Mini set.

Thank you for coming by.  Now you need to hop over to Anjenic to see what she is going to honour you with.

  1. Janine both cards are wonderful! You did an amazing job on the shield one VERY cool!!

  2. OH, I think your shield is fabulous! Great cards here.

  3. Both cards are nice..the texture background goes so well with the theme of your pattern paper....well done

  4. Beautiful card. Love the colors on the shield. TFS AJ-

  5. Great shading on the castle. Love the shield.

  6. Love the shield card, but the castle looks like you could walk right in!!! Wonderfully done!!!

  7. Both are great cards. Love the red in the second card.

  8. Very nice technique you used- great job on both of these!

  9. Great cards! When you enlarge the picture, you can see the detail on the shield, it looks very cool. I also think the use of the brick wall was clever, now why didn't I think of that?

  10. wow! Stunning shield!!!! The gilding flakes are amazing with your shield!!! The embossed orange background is really cool looking too! Wonderful brick background on your second card! nice coloring on your castle. You added a sense of dimension on the castle with your coloring! I NEED to remember what you did here for future!

  11. Awesome cards! The coloring on your castle is great!

  12. Fantastic cards! Isn't it terrible how things always look better in person than in a picture when a picture is all you can share. I love that you fixed the spelling, too.

  13. Wow-I think the shield looks fantastic. I love the dimension you achieved with the brick too-great job on both cards.

  14. Awesome cards. I love the second one, it really pops with the red.

  15. Wonderful cards. like the brick wall background for second card.
