FOSTV157 - Using Numbers

I made this card for this week's challenge a few weeks ago for the young lady next door.  I used MFPStampShop Calendar set with various dies and a border punch to make this little cupcake stand card.

Sentiment is not from MFP but snowflake and umbrella are.

FOSTV136 - Masculine Card

This week at Friends of Speedy TV our challenge is to make a masculine card.  Most of us find these a challenge but we all need them.

FOSTV101 - Anything but a Card

Hello - Happy Advent to you and welcome to my blog post for FOSTV101.  I hope this busy time of year doesn't leave you feeling stressed and you are able to look forward to Christmas like the young ones do.

The challenge this time around is anything but a card.  When the calendar stamp set was launched I promised I would make a calendar with it and today this is what I am sharing.  I have shared January on the FOSTV page so I am showing the remaining months here.  I have used a variety of images and made the pictures appropriate to the UK so I have added captions in case the picture does not make sense to you.

Calendar

I used the Calendar set for a Birthday card but at some stage I want to bind myself a little calendar so when I have the time I will pull this stamp set out again.

Mini New Year

                                                 

I used the new year mini for a simple oriental New Year card.  I used the VLV November Week 1 sketch.  You have to look really closely to see the Yin and Yang embossed in silver on the banners.
