More February Cards

The Christmas card challenge for February was to include people in your cards. I stamped lots of images but seem to be running at snail's pace getting them coloured or just turned into cards. Here are a few more simple cards I made.

Thanks for stopping in - have a great day

Dare to Get Dirty

I have worked my socks off on the DTGD challenges this week completing 34 of the 49.  My teeny little craft room looks like a whirl wind has hit so I really need to tidy, clean and sort out.  I have had tremendous fun with all the challenges and made a lot of Christmas cards.  Thanks to all the wonderful Splitcoast hostesses.

I am sorry there are a lot of photos but here goes - which is your favourite?

Danish Christmas Card

I made this card for one of my students, the youngest who is mad about horses.  She loved it.

The main stamps are from Lavinia Stamps with snowflakes from Chocolate Baroque.

This is on the reverse of the horse panel.
Hope you are keeping safe in this dreadful weather.

Asian Bridge

This card uses this week's Mojo Monday sketch - number 249.  I have used brayering with Lavinia stamps to make this little scene.

I used ribbon and lace across the centre and an embossing folder on the lilac panels.

Thanks for looking.

Brayering - VLVFeb2012_Week2

I have been playing with my brayer as I have joined the Brayering class at MCC.  Having produced a nice varied background with Sailboat Blue, Raspberry and Purple Twilight Adirondack inks I decided to cut it up and use it for the VLV Feb 2012 Week 2 sketch.  I stamped it with images from Lavinia stamps and sentiments from Cloud 9 and Innovative Stamp Creations.  I used Purple Stazon for the images and sentiments.  The background is done using a Craft Concepts embossing folder.

Thank you for looking.
