Laura & James Wedding

Here are a few photos of yesterday's wedding.  There were no photos during the service other than the official ones so all the one we took were snaps taken at moments afterwards.  As you would expect from San Francisco it was windy so hats, veils and hair did not stay in place.  The reception was lovely and the photo booth proved very popular especially as the evening wore on and groups of people piled in!

Laura & James Wedding Name Tags

Way back Laura asked me if I would mind doing something creative as one of the elements for their wedding.  Well 24th August 5pm saw Laura married to James. The little bit I added to the occasion was name tags for the reception made in keeping with their city theme.  She has tried to get hand made items for several elements of her wedding making it special and unique.

It took me quite a while to work out how to get the bridge, the houses, the hills and the names onto these tags. I made almost 90 but the reception numbers are now about 65 so I had spares!

The first photo shows them all packed for transit.

The second and third photos show one of the guests name tags

The last photo shows the extra elements I added for the bride and groom.

I will share photos of the day soon.

Laura & James Wedding Day

Today is a very special day in the lives of a young couple Laura & James who cement their love for each other by getting married today.  We are privileged to be at the celebrations and to share in this happy occasion.

In keeping with the theme of the city and the colours of the wedding I made them this card.  I have used dies, my Cricut and some stamps from Marks Finest Papers.

Here are some views of my card

I have also made the name tags for the wedding reception and I will post some pictures of those tomorrow.
