I have just posted this card to Splitcoaststampers and it is going into the church where we are processing shoeboxes for all the volunteers to sign so it is A4 in size.
This is what I added in the description space "This card uses a fair bit of creative licence. Brian who normally
coordinates the drivers delivering shoe boxes has been unwell so I made
this card for all of us to send to him. The birds are the ladies who
work tirelessly to check all the boxes (see a small stack at the bottom)
and they are all wearing hand knitted hats which volunteers make
throughout the year to go into boxes. Santa is the stand-in for Brian
delivering boxes in a rather crazy manner. The birds are a Whimsy stamp
and Santa is from Sassy Cheryl. I have a couple of close up photos too."

Blue Rose
I wanted to use the Two tier eclipse technique from Falliday Fest with a new die I bought but knew I wanted to add a flower by the greeting - the Flower challenge determined it had to be a rose - one of my favourite flowers. There are lots of prizes for the Flower Challenge Birthday and the Dies to Die for voucher would be on my wish list!
I added stitching and chose the paper after looking at the inspiration shoes and boots from last Saturday. I thought I had some blue / mauve flowery paper similar to this boot but if I have I couldn't find it!
My card looks nothing like the boot but it did start me off!
Thank you for looking

Sassy Cheryl Snowmen
I can't remember who guided me to Sassy Cheryl images but suspect it was Faye who teaches Copic classes.
I love them and the snowmen have been fun to turn into Christmas cards. Here are 4 that I have yet to put up in my Splitcoast gallery and a couple that have already been shown there.
The first image is Snowmen in Love and the other one I used is Snowman Selfie (I think). Coloured with Copics and on one a little paper piecing. Decoration added with glitter pens and a white pen (why are those pens so troublesome?)

Tiddlyinks 3 of 3
Tiddlyinks have a new blog and a challenge going on right now. The details can all be found here.
I made 3 cards altogether - one using this week's Splitcoaststampers colours and one of the cute Tiddlyinks girls, another using the lovely cala lilies and a third using the newly released giraffe with added top hat, bow tie and cake for an 18th birthday on Tuesday.
This one was cut with oval dies and a banner die was used for the sentiment. It fits in with the November CCC challenge of shaped cards
This last card features the cute giraffe to which I added the top hat, bow tie and cake. I have used lots of blue for the football team supported! I used a new die for the wavy cuts and some old cuttlebug dies for the 18. The sentiment is from MFP.
Thanks for visiting and checking out my latest creations.

This card is going to a friend who recently started a new job. It was inspired by a picture she has on her wall. The background panel was done with gilding flakes on a deep red card and then sprayed with a gold glitter varnish. The image was coloured with Copics.

New Grandniece Sienna
Our niece Lauren gave birth to her first baby on Tuesday after a pretty anxious wait. I have yet to meet baby Sienna but in the photos I have seen she looks beautiful. I have made her a very pink card.
Thanks for looking

Neglected Blog
Hi I am always posting on Splitcoaststampers but my blog is quite neglected.
Today I want to share a couple of cards I have made by colouring on kraft coloured card stock with Prismacolor pencils.
Both of the images are from Aurora Wings a digital store I found recently thanks to Susie in Australia. The card making world is a small one.
Thank you for popping in to see my cards.

Farewell to Sofia
I have been teaching Maths to Sofia over the summer holidays. She really finds it tough but has worked hard and this card is to encourage her to keep it up when she goes back to school. The first image is a digital image from LOTV and the second one is from Sassy Cheryl. Both are coloured with Copics and edges are sponged with Memento inks. Designer paper is from Doodlebug.
Hope you like it.

Dare to Get Dirty 2017
The 2017 Dare to Get Dirty event is nearly done and it was wonderful to see so many Splitcoaststamper Fans joining in all the fun challenges. I was a sample maker for quite a few challenges and with a little challenge combining and ignoring most of the housework I managed to get all the rest done. Here are all my cards - good, bad and somewhere in between!
