I suppose I took the easy option for this one making another waterfall card. This one I was asked to make and as it qualifies as a card with a moving element I am sharing as part of this challenge for FOSTV144.
The card uses a variety of MFP flower sets. I made one panel for each season wishing for a great year ahead rather than just a single day.
We would love you to play along with our challenge this time around. You have two weeks to create a card with something that moves. Please check out all the other team members cards too.
You can find our fortnightly challenge on this page - look for the one in large type each time. There is always a prize for one participant and this time around it is the set Sand Dollar.

For Andree and Jeff
I am hoping Marks Finest Papers will excuse me doing a really early post for the November sets, but I made this for some dear friends who live some distance away now in Cornwall. Andree has been battling cancer for some time and I hoped this card would get to her in the hospice, but sadly she went to be with our Lord, Jesus this morning. I hope the card brings some comfort to Jeff who has been at her bedside for weeks and been there for all the ups and downs before that.
The stamp actually has a deer in it but I have "doctored" my version and on this card I used it with some stencils, a cloud die and MFP sentiments.
Even though I feel very sad right now Andree was a bright and lively person and I know we owe it to her to celebrate the life we have. Rest in peace sweet friend - you were an amazing witness to a great God.

FOSTV143 - Autumn Colours
Autumn is here in the UK with soggy leaves and crushed conkers. We don't seem to have had the vivid colours this year and now the rain is here is is all rather mushy!
My card however is a hint of a bright autumn day and lovely ripe fruit. I used a stencil with distressed inks on the background.

Calum's 18th
Our nephew Calum turned 18 on September 30th and I made another bottle card - this one for my Mum to give him - he loved it.
We went out for a curry last night with his family and his girlfriend Megan, a nice evening with them all.
The card I made for him was shown in one of our recent blog hops - it was this one
Thanks for checking these out.

Polly's Birthday
Polly, my sister's next door neighbour celebrates turning 80 today. I have 3 cards to show.
The first one I made for Mum to give to her. The flower has Avon nail beads in the centre.

The second card I gave her. Gilding flakes, embossing powder and a map of the Isle of Wight were all used on this one. She has had many holidays in the Isle of Wight and her daughter has taken her back there for a birthday treat.
The last card was where it all started. My sister wanted a special card for Polly. She told me about the Isle of Wight, Polly's love for Campari and also wine.
Thanks for looking and have a great week.

Coffee Lovers Bloghop
If you want to check out my FOSTV post please pop down to the post below.
Today I am taking part in the Coffee Lovers blog hop (Amy Tsuruta is the woman behind this fun event). Check it out here
I actually feel I am participating for my niece and nephew who couldn't survive without their coffee. In 6th form that certainly applied to me but now - my coffee drinking is after an evening meal out or when in the USA.
We have some really cool sponsors for the hop with fantastic goodies!! Random winners from the hop participants will get some fun coffee-themed goodies See all the prize packages here - http://cutscropscreativity.com/2014/09/coffee-lovers-bloghop/
We have been asked to answer a few questions:
1. When did you start drinking coffee?
In the 6th form because I liked black coffee but not black tea and with no refrigeration we couldn't have milk.
2. What is favorite brand (you can name up to three).
I don't have a favourite brand but I need to mention Miko coffee as my nephew works for them.
3. What is the most amazing coffee that you had? Remember where and when?
The most welcome coffee was one we had in a Starbucks in Washington on a chilly Sunday morning on a short visit to the city a few years ago. We had been walking about but chilled through we went in to find cosy chairs, hot steamy coffee and Sunday papers. It was simple black coffee but it was a real treat.
4. If I don't drink my needed coffee, I will...survive, tea however is a different matter!
After all the chatter here is my card. It uses stamps from Impression Obsession and Marks Finest Papers and was coloured with Copics. and a gold pen. A few key gems were added to - these girlie mugs needed that!

FOSTV142 is all about tags. I decided to make a selection of Christmas tags
Santa and Snowmen were coloured with Prismacolor pencils and Zest and dies were used to cut them out.
It would be great if you would join in our tag challenge - the full details are found here.
Have a great week.
This is a photo of them all
This one was created using ink on an embossing folder, the cute MFP tree from the set Please Snow
These two use the Santa from the Dear Santa set
These last two are made using the Brrr set
